How a forwarded invite becomes a saved event with reminders.
Send the card as a photo or PDF, paste the invite text, or forward a video invite (up to 20MB and 60 seconds). A video is always treated as an invite.
Aydo replies "I've saved this as an event" and lists each function with its date, time, venue, and dress code. Events never count against your document limit or your Document Audit.
Each dated function gets a reminder the day before and on the day itself, sent to the person who forwarded the invite. If a date has already passed, no reminder is set.
