These are the service providers Ask Aydo uses to deliver the document library service. Each operates under a data processing agreement that protects your data according to our standards and applicable privacy law - see our Privacy Policy for the categories of data we collect and why.
This page is updated whenever a sub-processor is added or replaced and is deliberately kept separate from the versioned Privacy Policy: swapping a service provider does not change what data we collect, why we process it, or your rights, so it does not require you to re-accept our policies. See Notice of Material Changes in the Privacy Policy's DPDP Act section for what does.
Document OCR, AI classification, and content embeddings for search
Data shared: Document content, for the duration of each processing request
Application hosting, document storage, database, and transactional email delivery
Data shared: Documents, account data, and email addresses for notifications
Delivering and receiving your WhatsApp messages
Data shared: Message content and your WhatsApp number
Subscription billing and payment processing
Data shared: Billing details and payment information; we do not store your card or bank details ourselves
Aggregated, anonymised usage statistics for our website
Data shared: Anonymised browsing data; no names, email addresses, or document content
Collects early-access waitlist signups from our website
Data shared: Only what you type into the waitlist form, before you have an account
Dropbox and Google Drive are not sub-processors. If you choose to connect one of these services, you authorise that connection yourself and control it from your own account settings on that provider - we do not select or direct these services on your behalf, and we only access them to sync the documents you have chosen to back up.
