How a forwarded circular becomes a tracked notice.
Send a photo or PDF (a short caption like "school circular" helps), paste the text (up to 2,000 characters), or forward the email to Aydo.
Aydo replies "I've saved this notice", names who it is for, and lists each dated item with what to bring or do.
Each dated item gets a reminder the day before and on the day, at 7 am. A notice whose date has already passed is saved without a reminder.

Water or power shutdown notices, AGM and meeting notices, and maintenance dues reminders with a due date are saved with their dates for your tower or block.
