Your documents are processed exclusively by automated systems. Ask Aydo employees do not view your document content during normal operations. AI processing is handled by enterprise-grade model providers under data-processing agreements that prohibit training and require deletion after use.
Your personal data and documents are never used to train, fine-tune, or benchmark any AI model - not ours, not our partners', not anyone's. Your content stays yours alone.
We treat your data as your property. We're custodians, not owners. When you delete your account, your documents and personal data are purged within 30 days, with any backups expiring within 90 days thereafter.
